From London/ Brighton:Preston Park Avenue is on the west side of Preston Park. Coming from London on A23 turn left at traffic lights onto Preston Drove. Then take the first right onto Preston Park Avenue.
From central Brighton: Drive out of Brighton heading towards london on preston road which turns into the A23. At the second traffic lights after Preston Park turn right on to Preston Drove. Then take the first right onto Preston Park Avenue
Parking:Park at the top end of the road. Parking here is unrestricted.
By Bus
Bus number 5 and 5a stop on Preston Road. Get off at Rockery Close and cross the park to the opposite side which is Preston Park Avenue.
Bus 5b Stops at St Mary`s Church on Surrenden Road. From here you need to cross Preston Drove and then you will be at the top end of Preston Park Avenue.

From Central Brighton:Drive towards Marina. Turn up into Wilson Avenue at bottom. The leisure Centre is on the right.
From Woodingdean, Lewes road, Bear road, Elm Grov:Head towards the race track and then towards the gap in the race track. This takes you onto Wilson Avenue from the top end. The leisue centre is on your left.

Bus route 1a runs up and down Wilson Avenue. Ask the driver for the leisure centre
